Yes sadly a handful of times , from lying selfish girls’ that only really cared about what was best for themselves , that didn’t know how to be honest and loyal the same way they expected me to be for her. For a relationship to survive , especially these days , both partners’ need to choose each other and value each other and be honest with each other , if one of them can’t do that for the other? They are a cheater and that relationship will more than likely no last whatsoever. Why people shouldn’t get into relationships with someone they have to lie to or keep secrets from. Although I never got it confirmed I’m about 99% sure one of my exes did this the week before she broke up with me.

I think she met some opportunistic asshole at her new job who sensed she was upset with her then boyfriend and “comforted” her over it.

She never confessed it and I never asked. The suspicion was floating around in the back of mind. But I didn’t want to falsely accuse her of something and ruin any chance of reconciling in the future. But in hindsight I wish I would of said “I was loyal to you the entire relationship. Can you say the same?”

Anyway the way she treated me after the break up (like I was less than human) was made me deduce this very likely happened. She had to see me as less than pond scum to self-justify her own bullshit. Tell herself it was “okay” to cheat since I was problematic in other areas.

Why I no longer jump into relationships with girls’ until I really get to know her.
