I have never cheated but I have been cheated on. It's ancient history now but back then it really hurt a d inwas devastated. In hindsight, though cheating really wasn't the only issue with him. It was, however, the straw that broke the camel's back - so to speak. Just think - if he never cheated, I may never have broken up with him and then I may never have met, let alone married the amazing guy I have today!

It was painful at the time. I was heart broken, but I eventually moved on from it with time

Twice, my ex-wife, I caught her with the landlord, and years later someone that I was planning on marring was also cheating with more than 1 person.
I was gone in a heartbeat.
The 2nd one came back later and wanted to get back together, I thought about it, but I had already moved on.
I wasn't sure I could get past it or ever trust her again.

Both. I've been cheated on once or twice by my first boyfriend who fucked his ex. But I cheated on him very often with multiple guys and some of his friends

Yep, been cheated on. Hard to come back from. The most difficult is to build back that trust and respect once had... but not impossible if you're both on the same page and set firm understanding of one another.
