Cooking... when you're not sure if the turkey is cooked enough, or maybe you think it's overcooked, pull it out of the oven and check it.

@A_Wild_Redhead That's the way the American justice system works. Someone must be proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. If there is doubt, they go free. Yes, that means some "criminals" go free, but the emphasis is in not convicting an innocent person.
