Why am I calm during a crisis?

I'm typically very calm and decisive if I'm in danger will be very focused and fast on my feet despite always being scatterbrained and jumpy every minute of my life for instance. Even in situations were there is nothing I can do but wait I'm entirely calm.

Minor things like my dog getting out of missing a bill will cause immense panic

But things like My cousin caught a pan on the stove on fire like really high flames everyone was screaming I fucking yawned walked over and grabbed a large lid dropped it over the pan stared at it for a minute deciding if the fire had been snuffed patted my cousin on the shoulder and said I'm gonna take a shower and walk down the hall like nothing happened.

Or when a tornadoes were heading directly toward us like a few miles away ware The power and cut and a door pulled off it's hinges everyone is huddled in a corner around a candle and I'm just sitting at a table drinking a cup of coffee like shining a flashlight on a book or straight up sleeping on a couch 🛋️ the statement I had made when asked why I wasn't joining the others was

Or somone so close to my face screaming or waving there fist or nails at me throwing insults or even items around me giving death threats. I will never even raise my voice my body will be relaxed as I can make it keeping my hands open I will seem almost indifferent or uninterested as if you were telling me about the weather.

My friend on the other hand in a crisis she panics to a visible degree from stammering sweating freezing in place or straight up curling into a ball breathing heavily. Even if you are joking around like tag it takes her several moments to start running like she freezes then her legs start shifting in place like running in Place almost for like 6 steps then runs its the most delayed flight response I have ever seen in my life

So WTF is wrong with me
