https://www.youtube.com/embed/b3p-DQRtQSsAlso, I do this breathing technique. It has helped me through my panic attacks: Quickly breathe in (but not all the way) for 2-3 seconds, hold for 2, now breathe in (all of the way) for one second, & instantly exhale for 5-7 seconds.

i found things that center me when i get into that mind space, because i do have ptsd. like music or a tv show you watch all the time, playing with silly putty helps, even a video game or playing with my phone, sometimes even being on here with friends.
I close my eyes and I either focus on a favorite memory or I'll name 5 things that I truly love and I pucture those things in my head and I keep naming them. Like a 1 through 5 list.

Depends on the situation, sometimes I’ll do box breathing, other times I’ll yell really loud, other times I masturbate, and other times I just crank the tunes and vibe. It really depends on the contest and what coping strategy makes sense at the moment
I haven't figured that out lol I just look angry/serious when I'm feeling anxious and sometimes people take that the wrong way
