There have been lots of changes over the past 10 years, but things that haven't changed are:

My relationship with my wife of 28 years.

Our home. We've made a lot of improvements to our property, but haven't made many changes to the house in the past 10 years.

My relationship with my sister. We live 400 miles away and haven't seen each other in quite a few years, but we stay in touch all the time and are best friends for life.
