How do I (male) tell my friend who is a girl that I want to explore femininty?

I’ve been friends with this girl for about a year now. I recently broke up with my girlfriend and am I trying to find myself before dating again. Through meditation and research, I’ve decided I want to explore the world of femininity. The only person who I feel remotely comfortable telling is her and would like her to help me with this journey. Is there a good way to admit to her I want to explore this world and if so, what is a good way to do it?

I'm confused. Are you transgender or a cross dresser or something else? That's going to affect how you might come across. It's also going to depend on how comfortable she is in accepting one of those scenarios. In one you are exploring your gender while in the other you are using gender roles to explore your sexual interests. Some people might be fine with the first but not the second. Some will be fine with both and yet still some won't want to be part of it at all.

First, determine what you are looking for specifically. Then just have an honest conversation with her. Don't push your need on to her. Let her decide if she wants to come on your journey with you.

Also, there is a chance this might affect your relationship so be prepared to possibly lose her if she's not into it.
