Don’t you think it’s pretty pathetic for someone to dislike you for your height?

Yesterday, I met my best friend’s cousin (let’s call her Lydia) that came into town Friday. She’s here for a week but anyways that’s not part of the question. So when I went to shake her hand, Lydia pulled away quickly and stepped back. She looked at me up (gawked eyed) and down and scoffed, “Holy shit! You’re tall! I mean VERY tall! Don’t stand too close to me. You’ll give me anxiety.”
Wow okay. Rude!

My bestie told her off to be nice to me. Lydia said with her 4’10 tiny self, my big ass gives her anxiety and I intimidate her. So we hung out for the day and as we were chatting, Lydia kept giving me beef about my size, how I’ll never have a long lasting relationship and purposely try to fit into small places and roasted me about my height. My bestie said I wasn’t going to fit into to some rides at the fair. Lydia said, “Well it’s not my fault this giraffe is 7ft tall!” She kept giving me snarky comments and try to make herself look taller and mock me like, “You think you’re so tall! Who’s tall NOW bitch?”
Lydia was saying if we were to go wedding shopping, they would have a easier time but I would have a shitty time finding a dress because no man would want a giant sized wife. My best friend scolded at her saying, “Why are you giving her so much shit! You don’t speak to my best friend that way!”

Lydia shrugged her shoulders and bluntly said, “I’m just jealous of her height. I’m sick of being short and I don’t like her. Sorry not sorry.” Ouch

When I spoke, Lydia ignored me, when I asked her if she needed help reaching someone. She gave me a snarky remark that she didn’t need my help and grabbed a charge.
