I'd check out what the trespassing laws are where you live first. Over here only the police have the power to prosecute so those signs carry zero legal weight. Unless the person is on your property to steal or cause damage the police aren't that interested.
Your much better off with signage that uses 'intruder' rather than 'trespasser' and emphasises crime prevention

Research has also shown that a photo of a pair of staring eyes is more effective than a written sign.
Neither. Thieves are bold these days and signs don’t scare them. Instead, get a gun.
Well I do have 2 giant pit bull's on site
A person who tried to sell me a security service once told me that cameras do not deter. The people can hide their faces. So the best option is to get a dog. One that hasn’t eaten in a while. They have better hearing and scent than a camera. People can hide their faces but can't hide their fear. If a actual dog is not in the budget than a nice sign of one will do nicely
First one looks better. Having people know that there is a camera installed will make them more cautious and hesitant to trespass.
The latter doesn't seem to be telling enough about the security measures installed which maybe taken lightly.
Plus I have 2 giant pit bull's on site
Ah well if they still think they can dodge the camera, they will be up for a nice welcome.
But if you ask me which among the two looks better, I'd say the first one.
Thay have been trained to take down intruders

I'd go for a pic of a vicious dog with text saying Please Don't Disturb. Not Chained.
Don't think the signs you got will work as well.

Do you live in a bad area? I would think getting the hell out of a place where I had to worry about that would at the top of my list. Aggressive dog are a massive liability, if they attack someone, even a trespasser you can get sued for huge amounts.
