In order to be rich I need to have enough passive income to pay all expenses, including entertainment, plus a bit more. There is no set amount in my mind.

Note: I inherited my house so my housing expenses do not include rent or mortgage.

It depends on where you live. Here you need several million at least. The average house price alone is $900,000.
