I see perfection as tyranny of the self. It is aiming for purity, an impossible to reach ideal, which degenerates, inevitably into corruption. It is the enemy of reality, an enemy within and the enemy of people. It is a human wish probably unseen in nature, as nature is always reminding us that imperfection is all there is to see.
Some says that we, humans, invented God because we wanted to see perfection, in order to survive imperfection in nature. To survive death. And we saw we could not change nature. So we made up a God, perfection incarnated, to solve the dilemma we had. God being external, it can be perfect and untouchable when we are just flawed. We succeeded, many people actually believe in what could be the wish of our own inner tyranny.
Some says that God is dead, that we killed it. I wish it was true, I wish we had killed tyranny, this ancient wish to bypass death. But it's not true, everywhere we're looking at people believing that tyranny is the right way to live. They even believe that more people should submit, obey to the nightmare that is perfection.
