Geography TRIVIA - Name the STRUCTURE and its LOCATION (Vol 1)?

A few well-known GaGers have requested a reboot of Geography questions that were fairly popular, so here we go again. Every day, I'll try to post a picture of a Structure somewhere in the World. Your task is to name the Structure and its Location, at least the Country... bonus points for being more specific. The answer will be given the next day.

This is intended to be fun. We'll start out easy and get harder as time goes on.

Here is a picture of the first (Vol 1) Structure. Please try to name it and tell where it is located.

That is, of course, the Eiffel Tower in Paris France, designed by Maurice Koechlin and Émile Nouguier, two senior engineers working for the Compagnie des Établissements Eiffel, and built for the 1889 Exposition Universelle, a world's fair to celebrate the centennial of the French Revolution.
