Geography TRIVIA - Name the STRUCTURE and its LOCATION (Vol 4)?

Continuing the reboot of Geography questions that were fairly popular...

Every day, I'll try to post a picture of a Structure somewhere in the World. Your task is to name the Structure and its Location, at least the Country... bonus points for being more specific. The answer will be given the next day.

This is intended to be fun, though this one might be a bit tricky for some.

If you have the right answer, you get a Like. If you have the funniest answer, right or wrong, you get a MHO, one for girls, one for guys. If no one has a funny answer, then the best answer gets a MHO, one for girls, one for guys.

Here is a picture of the fourth (Vol 4) Structure,. Please try to name it and tell where it is located.

This is the Queen Elizabeth Tower, or just the Elizabeth Tower in London England, next to the Palace of Westminster, where the UK Parliament meets. It is not Big Ben, which is the name of the large bell inside the clock at the top of the tower.

Dang, that's what I get for saying you should make them harder😂 I feel like it should be obvious, but clearly it's not. It's kind of looks like "Big Ben" (and I know Big Ben is the clock), but if I recall correctly the tower is attached to a building and is taller and not next to a bridge/stairs.

I wish I remember what the Sir Walter Scott monument looks like, that was my other guess, but I think that one is by a busy road.

Damnit! The architecture definitely looks British. I zoomed in on the statue and spotted a church in the background, but it didn't help. I wish I could see that street sign says😂

I feel it's a less known tower, but given your last three posts I also feel it's probably something famous.

I'm just gonna guess it's THE TOWER WITH BIG BEN, LONDON, ENGLAND, UK, because I don't know any other towers that look like that.

I'm gonna reverse image search it right after I post this anyways, and if I'm wrong, I'm wrong. I won't post any spoilers.

I'm going to say it's Westminster Tower which contains the clock, Big Ben, and the bell, Old Tom. It's in London England.

I just fact-checked myself. Big Ben is the large tolling bell. Great Tom was the name of the previous tower, demolished in 1707.
