None of them. The rest of the alliance members won’t accept leadership by another European country that they consider more of a peer than they see the US. It will be leadership by committee.

I am talking about the share of funding NATO. Both the United States and Germany pay the same: 15,88%.

I just read a huge part of the unclassified documents. It doestn talk much about specific numbers, mostly because the spending is indirect and ongoing. We are on of the main suppliers of the R&D team as a lot of german goverment paid engineer are part of Nato developement team. We technically dont spend the money, we provide already paid ressources for the Nato in an insane ammount.
