I wish people understood that you can just like... tell me shit... and I'll generally do what you ask. I am an extremely easy person to get along with. You aren't going to offend me.

Like, you can just ask me for favors. You can just set boundaries that I'll respect verbatim. And I'll generally do it without question or expectation. You don't have to have some weird little fucking conniption. Just say what you want and don't be a spaz about it; you'd be shocked how far you'll get with me.

If you and I were dating, you could literally just say "Dan, I'm not down with you texting her," I won't text her anymore. If you aren't down to hangout anymore, just say it. The list goes on.

I relate to @still-alive 's answer a lot. People often take my kindness for weakness or softness, not knowing that when I'm double-crossed or pushed, I will put you in the ground. Some in real life have already seen that and were shocked by it. They should be. Others felt like I should just let it go, yet they didn't let it go. I am the kind of person who can see someone exactly for who they are by their actions, and I frighten people when I describe them to a tee. If you mess with me be prepared for a rude awakening.

That while my use of Kuerig and Kuerig-esque machines is almost always predicated by slipping an ice cube or two into the cup and instructing the machine to "arm the coffee lasers", it's not JUST for the novelty of watching the stream slice through them; it also cools it down to drinkable level much faster. My throat isn't lined with line, unlike (apparently) most people.

I'm a sad boy, but only because I think more than most people around me. I'm construct aware, which means that I understand that no matter what humanity does, unless entropy can be reversed, everyone who ever lived and their memory will perish in the eventual heat death of the universe.

That's why I have to have faith in a divine being capable of such impossible maneuvers.

I’d maybe say just understanding and accepting that I’m ADD as hell, and just generally bearing with me. Especially in work situations.

I’m not really a multitasker. I’m a hyper-focus guy. I can do one thing at a time, very well, but at my own pace, which isn’t unreasonably slow in a reasonable world, but I’d more describe as “deliberate.”

I care about getting the job done RIGHT, not getting the job done QUICKLY. If I’m on a team of ditch diggers, I may not dig as many feet of ditch as the others in the time allotted…. but my footage is gonna be a good-ass ditch, lmao. I think I’m just a craftsman at heart😝
