What is something you hate about your life right now?

For me, it's definitely not being in my career. Just having jobs that has nothing to do with my field sucks.

I hate the fact that my only brother is dying of Cancer, in Atlanta, and try as I might, I cannot get him to do anything to help himself, and can only watch him disintegrate in front of my eyes.

I think he is suffering some mental problems, in addition, as his Spouse died two years ago from Cancer, also. It is a terrible thing to see and Cancer is such a terrible disease.

I don’t hate my life.
there was a time when my life was on the down turn for 2-3 years.
divorce, court, custody…the day I let go of all that and just focused on the kids… things started to brighten up… it has been on the upward swing since… that was about 10 years ago…

now… I am happily remarried to my wonderful husband. Kids are in great places, doing amazing in school.
we have good health, good financials, Retirement … all set.

sometimes, life seems not worth living…. but when we learn from our mistakes… the clouds over our head seem to slowly lift … I so appreciate all that.

I dont really hate anything too much right now.. Closest would be the fact that I'm single ( coming out of longer term ) , but I can deal with that. But , I just adore the circumstance I have created , and I love hot weather so all that is really good.

So December to look forward to and Christmas in the tropics , I do miss both my daughters , we are all over the world , Thailand / Denmark and Australia , and I will have to organise an Aussie trip back soon.

Business wise , investment has been strong and I anticipate next 3 years being particularly strong. I love hot weather , it helps my mindset.

Playing catch up on everything , since I was out of work for awhile , and now finally getting back on track with things , and trying to get adjusted to my new position , which I am liking so far , but once things settle , I feel life will get better again

I really cannot think of anything that really sucks right now, My health is excellent, my kids are all doing good, I have my finances in order and my house is fixed up just the way I want it. I am married to a wonderful woman and drive a nice pickup truck. I am retired and have s nice part time job teaching computer science.

My career or lack off direction as to what I’ll do next, my personal life, and although I’m abundant in home peace and love with my daughter I’d be lying if I said I didn’t feel extremely disappointed in the fact that I am a single mom and completely failed my morals and traditional family values.

Well you can substitute teach with just a high school diploma here. You don't have to have a degree for that. It's honestly not what I want to be doing. I worked too hard getting my Masters degree to just be doing substitute teaching. So for me it's kind of a waste.
