As for me I love strange or unusual questions & I love questions that get your processor going in a pondering way. If a turtle doesn’t have a shell some people would say the turtle is homeless & some people would say the turtle is naked but then again the turtle could be both homeless & naked or naked & homeless.
As for me I would say the turtle is lunch meat without its shell.

On the flip side although I have never had turtle soup I wonder if the shell adds more flavoring when you are cooking it?

Can two turtles sleep in the same shell? Have you ever seen a turtle sleeping on it's back?

Besides the turtle dying without a shell. If a turtle is born without it I think a turtle is naked without the shell because it's like us without clothes, vulnerable and people see its true self, now if we are throwing open mindedness out the window then and only then... is this question stupid 🤣 🩵

1 yThe shell is a part of them, they aren't snails 😂
The shell is a part of the rib cage and backbone, or something like that so a turtle without a shell is a dead turtle lol13 Reply- 1 y
Lol.

No! They grow and switch shells.

1 yIt's dead. A turtles shell is their rib cage. If you were to remove it, it would be like taking most of the bones out of their body and they'd just be a chopped up blob of turtle meat and guts.

There's lots of churascarias by me that have it. Some SE Asian places too. NYC has it all as far as food

1 yNo, it's probably fucking dead.
10 Reply7.2K opinions shared on Other topic. A shell is a part of a turtle's anatomy, much like a human's skin or a bird's feathers. I would imagine it wouldn't live long.

1 yA turtle doesn't live in a shell, the shell is a living part of the turtle

Free as a bird
- 1 y
That was the point I was making!! Lol!
- 1 y
@BarryLiverstone It won't be free as a bird unless it grows some feathers. I don't think we'll see that happening soon. Give them another 230 million years to evolve.
I guess the turtle is homeless and naked then 🤷🏼♂️

1 yMore naked since they can’t really go inside it. It’s more like hiding behind a tree or something

I've ate goldfish. Mmmm - 1 y
I've actually had turtle soup in New Orleans. That's the only time I ever had it but I have to admit it was fantastic! Tasted like giant clams!
- 1 y
@RingOfFire I might try it sometime lol
- 1 y
I might suggest going to New Orleans to try it because they really know how to make it right! Not sure other places can do it.
- 1 y
They were going to kill the lake, because of all the goldfish. People get them at the fair, and then release them into the lake. They get to be huge. They're just carp. They can get three feet long. It seemed like a waste to see all of the goldfish getting poisoned and floating on the surface.

This is not me in the picture, but I wanted you to see what the bow fishing thing looks like. Bright orange fish are not hard to spot near the surface. My brother and I were poor college students. You get tired of Ramen noodles. We loaded up the row boat. - 1 y
I was there before you were born. Not sure what it's like now but it was a great place to see back then. I went through it on a cross country trip and stayed there a day or two.
- 1 y
The food there was some of the best I ever had.

Wow great videos! 👍
Yeah New Orleans is definitely the party place! I must have been in about 10 different bars in the couple of days I was there. It's crazy party town. - 1 y
Key West is also good. There isn't many places worth going to.
- 1 y
@saraupstairs
One of my best friend's father bought a house in Key West many years ago and we used to hang out there sometimes - 1 y
It's such a small Key. The water in the Keys doesn't look real. Where did they get turquoise water? Did they import it? Trump picked the right state.

@saraupstairs
Beautiful state. I used to spend a lot of time there. I'm looking for a new place to live and considered it, but with the heat and the hurricanes I've pretty much ruled it out. It's unfortunate because there's an awful lot that I like about it. - 1 y
The humidity is horrible.
- 1 y
@saraupstairs
Yes it is. I live on the ocean and the humidity is terrible here too. But the summers are short. The climate is becoming fantastic with climate change. Much less know than we used to get so the winters are becoming more mild. I'm starting to think that this is going to become a really popular place to live as climate change progresses.
We get hurricanes here too unfortunately, but it's been a number of years since the last serious one.
This is where I grew up and it's a beautiful place in many ways and a very desirable place to live.
I lived in other places over the years including Arizona for a number of years. Yes it was dry heat there but when it's 120° in the shade it's still too hot.
I'm getting to like the climate here more. - 1 y
I saw a bumper sticker...
"I know hell is hot, but is it a dry heat?"
