The photo itself is flipped, r/l (image on her top). Composition is OK. Lighting is obviously multi-sourced (multiple shadows on the bed), but OK: a little on the soft side. Subject is fair: dark roots need some CG touch-up. The shot itself was made too close to the subject - the parallax make her closer eyebrow out of proportion. I have no idea why there is a cellphone in the photo- it contributes nothing.

This would be an average beginning effort in the first Photography course I took for my degree in Graphic Communication.
