Have you ever wondered what someones perspective of you is?

Because every person thinks of someone a certain way and everyone around you most likely has a different thought of you, nobody will think of you the same, so even your closest people have a specific way they see you as a person, I'm not speaking about opinions even tho those play a part, I mean the way they view you in general, have you ever wondered how it would be like to know exactly how they see you within their thoughts process? 🤔

There are two occasions where I felt like I got a real read of myself that weren't forced. One was in my high school yearbook. You expect the same types of messages, you're a good person, see you next year, blah blah, because it's all your friends signing it, but what sticks out in my yearbook is one message, that read, "Hi, I just want you to know that when I first met you, I thought you were a total b*tch. You didn't smile or talk to anyone, so I made up my mind not to be your friend, but I'm glad I changed it and got to know you, because you're actually a really nice person who really cares about people." When I tell you, the shock on my actual face when I read that. My now friend had never said anything in the entire year about that, and to find out what she really thought of me at first, at least, and now, was eye opening. I'm an introvert, so it takes me a while to get to know people, but she certainly was honest.

Second was at my job. On a boring day, on a whim, I told my management team to go into the conference room and start talking crap about me because I wanted to know how one of the managers would react. I REALLY did not think it through, like, what if he joined in with their awful talk, but I hid in a side room, and they went off about how awful I was, and all these things they hated about me. After like 3 minutes, the manager spoke up and he said something like, what the hell are you talking about? Like why are you guys going after her. Do you know how f*cking hard she works? In my mind, I expected like some weird looks or something from him and I'd laugh, but he proceeded to really stand up for me in such a fierce way and speak of my virtues and how hard I worked. Instead of a laugh, I found myself tearing up because I had no clue that anyone appreciated me and what I did there to that level. It's a moment that lives rent free in my mind.

Like a butt hurt offended insecure control freak
I was Being Stupid and giving nothing else other than BS
He was Smart
enough to know
To not forgive me
Because it was all my fault
He did nothing wrong
If I had made better actions
He wouldn't have changed his opinion/perspective

Sometimes the worst things
can leave the most impacted impression
And once you've completely lose their trust
They can't see u any differently

No not really I'm too busy in my own little world but that is interesting..

I kind of look like as it is if they like me they're going to tell me if they don't they're going to tell me or they won't say anything and it's all fine by me no matter which way they go as long as I like myself

Maybe in my teens and 20's where I always wondered what other people thought of me. Now it doesn't bother me though I try to be a person that everyone gets along with and has good things to say about me.
