I'm an amputee and I find a swift kick from a titanium leg with a carbon fibre blade as a foot stops pretty much anyone. Especially if followed by an elbow to the temple.

I don't think my culture is "superior" to traditional Indian culture or Japanese or Malay or any other. It's just different. But I do have personal zero tolerance for a man striking a woman.
