What is your decision in this situation?

There is something really wrong if she turns her head away while pushing him away and simply saying "I don't feel like it tonight." Those are all very negative, closed signals.
She didn't telegraph any love. She didn't explain or leave any openings for another time.
I would have been hurt but also concerned. I would ask her if she was okay. But I would also feel rejected and unloved.
If she didn't give me an explanation, I would ask her again in the morning what had been wrong. If she was unapologetic, I would start thinking that our relationship was on the rocks.
We would have to delve deeper into that. Celibacy kind of negates the entire reason you are a romantic couple. If one party is unilaterally changing the dynamic into it being sexless then those are grounds to end things and move on, being free to find a new partner.
First due diligence must be done to figure this out and see if there is a solution. Is she cheating and getting it somewhere else? Is there a medical reason? Am I doing something off putting that can be corrected?
If no resolution is reached then it is time to end things.
Understand that there is an issue for one partner not wanting sex with you
Right, and if the man decides not to provide because he doesn't feel "connected", watch the sparks fly. Women are such fucking hypocrites.
@KrakenAttackin People in general are hypocrites.

I'd try to figure out what's going on in our relationship and, if necessary, take things in my own hands.
Using sex as a weapon is unacceptable and it is default permission for him to seek sex elsewhere.
My man @d_bone_steak. Will have a righteous reply to this for sure.
Threaten divorce ultimatum... ah i fell for it...
she wanted the divorce money, that is the real reason she refused.
Dance an African dance
Cheat
It's not cheating if she is giving consent by default.
@KrakenAttackin That's rapey.
"Rapey"? Only in your cuck world.
