Would you be able to live without coffee or tea? Do you live without it? If so why?

Yeah, no different than how I already live. Coffee tastes gross and doesn’t give me more energy, and when it wears out of my system I feel worn down and worse than I did before drinking the coffee. Tea just tastes gross. I just drink plain water, all day everyday, I don’t drink anything else regularly.

No I like coffee and tea too much

I have a cup of coffee in the morning with a little bit of chocolate that kind of wakes me up a little bit gets me motivated if it's summertime I make iced tea or sun tea I guess it is. That way it's negatively charged out in the sun the water is and that is 10 times better for you than positive charged water

It's just like if you don't feel good are you kind of dragging take your shoes off walk outside on the asphalt to concrete the grass and you're grounding yourself out and your body starting fresh all over again. We are energy and when you understand energy you understand a lot of things you can get a container it has to be glass or clear plastic of water put it outside for the day or even at night and a full moon and then use it for your coffee in the morning you can actually feel a big difference in your body

My body is used to caffeine at this point so it doesn’t really affect me too much anymore


I might feel the effects of going without it for a while but there have been days where I didn’t have time to drink any and still felt fine


I rarely drink tea as it is so its not the same

That's quite interesting. When I used to drink coffee there were periods when I would come off it and it used to give really bad headaches. So the fact that it doesn't affect you when you don't drink coffee is quite something. I guess it just goes to show how all bodies are different.

and I could actually live without both... lol

I don't like coffee and I live without it just fine :) I do drink tea but rarely.
