It started with waking up late for school and now work
After a while of skipping breakfast I got used to not having it at all
Works well for me.
It’s one less meal to worry about in terms of daily calorie intake
That being said I’m more than willing to have breakfast especially if a certain someone had spent the night we had a reason to be starving in the morning 🤔🙃33 Reply- 11 mo
Lol!! You'd definitely be very hungry in the morning I can assure you. Know that I'd be more than happy to make you breakfast wearing nothing but your shirt. I don't think you'd be able to resist breakfast and the breakfast maker. 😉

Lol!! Good!!😉

Breakfast is like a gentle sunrise for your taste buds. I rarely skip it, as it sets the tone for the day. A hearty breakfast can be as simple as a perfectly browned slice of sourdough with creamy avocado and a sprinkle of sesame seeds. One of my favorite breakfasts was in Kyoto, where I savored miso soup, steamed rice, and grilled fish, which became an unforgettable culinary memory. Eating breakfast fuels my adventures and keeps my palate inspired! 🍳🥑

Suppressing hunger for 3-4 hours isn't difficult and it gives me even motivation boost. Full stomach makes me lazy and I don't want being lazy while my most productive time of the day, that's why I avoid breakfasts.

11 moI eat two meals a day. Breakfast around 6AM and dinner around 7-8PM. I found that I wasn't hungry around noon and started asking myself why I was adhering to the lunch ritual and eating because the clock said 12:00. I decided it's stupid to eat when I'm not hungry so I stopped doing it. 2 meals 11-12 hours apart seems to work for me.
And I've made a conscious decision to remove processed carbs from my breakfast as the typical American breakfast is nothing but carbs and empty calories from sugar specifically.

u 11 moI spent years not having breakfast, never saw the point and a full stomach early in the morning made me feel sick. But within the last month I've started having breakfast with my son. I feed him breakfast every morning and I thought it would be a good idea to eat together, so he has weetbix and I have coco pops.
30 Reply I always have a breakfast/dinner every day going to work or going out for a leisure ride on my cycle. Once I've had a meal, I know I'm OK for the day, even if I'm unable to eat anything else during the day. Also your body needs energy, so a breakfast is a must if you're doing a physical job, but still a good idea to have one in an office
30 ReplyI never really feel very hungry in the morning, certainly not when I just got up. I find that I can push back the time when I have something, even if it's just a coffee. My ideal morning routine will be an hour's walk and a couple of hours work before I have breakfast.
I'm not strictly following a two meal diet, but somehow having a larger fasting window (14 to 16 hours between dinner the previous night and my first meal) suits me fine.

m 11 mousually, yes... I do have a breakfast and a light one at that
some cereal, some toast, or some fruit... and when I'm feeling in the mood, a lot of pancakes or even some tacos if already later morning, lol113 Reply- 11 mo
I like the variety in your breakfast... Lol!!
- 11 mo
I would definitely NOT be able to have the same breakfast every single day, lmao...
one or the other, depending on my "mood"
what about you though... how are your mornings looking like most days? - 11 mo
Let's see... cereal with milk, natural yoghurt with honey, blueberries, almonds, pistachios and raisins, 3 squares of 100% dark chocolate and barley tea. Breakfast is my favourite meal. Lol!
- 11 mo
lmao... I believe you that it is
and it seems to be a good mix as well... how about some bread though, no toast? - 11 mo
I don't actually eat bread. I have stopped eating bread for at least 5 years. Sometimes I have toast but it's not often. I love pancakes too. Lol!
- 11 mo
pancakes it is!! lmao...
I do love carbs, lol - 11 mo
And I love pasta too!! If you love carbs... I need carbs!!! Lol!!
- 11 mo
believe it or not, I was thinking of pasta and I was going to ask... lol
which kinds of pasta though? - 11 mo
Rigorously homemade pasta. I make it myself everyday. And sometimes it's tagliatelle, sometimes it's orecchiette, gnocchi or rigatoni. It depends on what I fancy... lol!!
- 11 mo
homemade pasta should be the only kind to be called pasta!! lol... and for sure, the best way to go about it...
some gnocchi would be great, because potatoes are the best thing ever and/or tagliatelle because of the sauce...
orecchiette is something I have not tried yet... but rigatoni yes, and probably the one I would go with if I wanted to eat the most pasta I can eat... lmao - 11 mo
Lol!! I love your enthusiasm about pasta. We should have a date where we make pasta, cook it and eat it.
- 11 mo
cooking own meals are the best kind of deals!!

Lol!! I couldn't agree more!!!

11 moI always have breakfast, usually something light, like a small piece of coffee cake or donut or bowl of cereal, with a cup of coffee. Occasionally, I'll have a full breakfast: eggs, bacon, pancakes.

11 moI suppose we all technically eat breakfast in the sense we eventually break our fast from the last meal we had the day prior. Just a matter of when and what.
I usually eat my last meal by 8pm the latest and won't eat until noon the next day. I will have espresso in the morning. By noon I'll eat a frittata or yogurt with berries and then enjoy a big dinner later.
20 ReplyI've tried to go without on days it was inconvenient but I find that I run out of energy much, much faster without it.
So, I make it a point to do it properly even if it's not ideal time or otherwise.30 ReplyOf course! As the old saying goes, it’s the most important meal of the day. If I didn’t have breakfast, I wouldn’t function properly. The only time I don’t eat breakfast is when I’m sick or recovering from being sick.

12 Reply- 11 mo
Some solutions for lack of appetite in morning, are sugar free flavored yogurt or with sugar if you are thin, also sometimes a bowl of cold milk with grain flakes or similar cereals can be tempting.
It has to be something small, like toast or a pastry with coffee. For some reason everything else doesn’t sound appealing that early on.

A quick solution is crack one egg in a glass cup, stir a bit and nuke in microwave around 1 minute... it changes to scrambled egg without oil nor pan to wash.
I do that then put the glass to soak so i can wash later.
11 moNormally yes. However I was running late for work so my breakfast was a quick blowjob and swallow
