Has anyone experienced this before with clock numbers?

I wake up at night and look at the clock and it says 2:22 am, or 4:44 am, or 5:55 am. I'll be watching TV and glance at the clock and see 1:23 or 3:45, or some other number like those. Even my speedometer showed some weird number when I looked. But the one that comes up the most is the 2:22, am or pm. What in the world is the significance of these numbers I keep seeing?

You probably look at the clock a lot more often than you consciously realize, but the seemingly significant numbers stick out to you and you remember them because they are recognizable. I bet if you wrote down the numbers every time you looked at a clock they would be very sporadic.

When I look at the clock at 2:22 I see 2:22 and when I look at the clock at 3:45 I see 3:45. Nothing weird there. It would be weird if I saw something different. So there is NO significance to my seeing those other than that my eyes are good.

But, if every time you woke up in the middle of the night and it said 2:22 you might think more of it. I mean your internal alarm clock is not that precise.

If the clock had more than 60 minutes the next would have been 6:78

I wouldn't think so either but it comes up quite a bit, not just on my clock.

Before we had state lotteries there was a numbers game that my uncle used to play at the local bar room. His favorite number was 404. He played it every week and the only time it ever came up was when he was away on vacation. Every time I see one of these web page errors I think of him'.

I see interesting numbers like that all the time. My favorite is 1234, which my clock says when I'm eating lunch. Recently, my car's odometer read 78987 while I was driving. I glanced at it an chuckled.

Some of us have internal alarm clocks that wake us up, but even then it is not that precise.

Occasionally, I also notice that they happen often. Still, I don’t explore further than just noticing them when they appear or occur.
