I have my doubts about the seriousness of that study. Only 3,000 test persons have been tested. Who tested them? Who funded that test? Why only such a small test sample? Are those people ethnically different?
There are numerous questions that remain unanswered. Personally I am a non believer. I may change my opinion if there are multiple independent studies with 100,000+ test subjects.
There are several other medical studies about remaining young and with that, keeping your brain active. Studies involving cellular senescence under the guidance of the M**o Clinic pretend to have been able to slow aging with cellular senescence.
