What gave you the impression that you could supplement your way to a very high IQ? Taking a bunch of vitamins isn't going to up-regulate gene expression of transcription factors that promote neurogenesis. That's based on your person DNA composition. I suppose you could utilize custom mRNA or miRNA to turn on certain genes that have links to intelligence, but as you've seen with the COVID vaccines, that can have deadly consequences... Nor will it magically form the cognitive skills that people with high IQs have developed. There are temporary ways to improve your focus, but just because you can focus, doesn't mean your abstract reasoning, pattern recognition, etc. will improve. You'll just be reading the instructions very devoutly... I suppose you could study types of questions associated with a particular IQ test, but that wouldn't really increase your IQ it would just be a way to cheat the test by a couple points potentially. By cheating the test, you'd just be cheating yourself. Harder questions would still likely be outside your wheelhouse. The best way to likely improve intelligence is to utilize your mind in many different ways. Different sorts of creative thinking lead to new connections.
