Am I spending too much?

I enjoy 7.50 dollar lattes , 5 times a week. I also enjoy sushi once a week- 14 dollars. On average- I spend 20 to 30 dollars a day on eating out. I go grocery shopping 2x a week- averaging 30 dollars a trip. This past month is black Friday sale, I have spent 500 on makeup, new clothes.

Am I spending too much?

What you spend on sushi once a week and the groceries, and even the occasional splurge on makeup and clothes, is reasonable. Those things come to around $4,400 or 8.5% of your net annual income. Not bad.

But nearly $2,000 a year on coffee is kind of extreme. I understand that it feels like a treat or a reward. So, if it motivates you, I guess it's not so bad.

But have you considered making your own?

You could even buy a latte machine if you want the frothed milk. I had one of those years ago that made espresso and frothed milk. I think it was made by Braun.
And you can even buy bottles of flavors to add to your coffee if you like different flavors.

I make 48 oz of the most delicious, organic coffee every morning in my French press. Once it's brewed, I pour it into two 12 car cups with sippy lids. To each of those I add less than a measured tsp of organic, fair trade hot coco powder and then top them off with enough cold whole milk to make them cool enough to drink. I hate sipping scalding liquid.
I figured out that it costs me less than 50¢ per day ($200 per year) for my 48 oz (three cups) of coffee drink. And I produce almost zero garbage.

It's more than I would want to spend, but if you can afford it and you aren't going into debt with your lifestyle; I guess you aren't spending too much.

Yeah, it's like I said above; it's definitely more than I would want to spend, but if you aren't going into debt; I suppose you aren't spending too much. Have you considered putting some money away into a Roth IRA account? You can write off those contributions for a deduction on your taxes I started saving for retirement this year and I was able to profit tax-free off some of the AI tech developments.
