I don't know if this is considered public, but a coworker sprayed his hand with denatured alcohol and lit it with a lighter. Just before he did it, he said "Watch this. It won't even hurt". It did.

I have seen junkies walk down the street having heated discussions with invisible people - kind of like they had Bluetooth earbuds in, but it was really just delusions. One guy got so upset with the conversation that he started hitting himself and the wall of a building.

Okay. I'll tell you. I was at the main train station in Rome. I saw a mentally ill exhibitionist wondering through the station with his pants pulled down low enough so you could see his pubic mound and the top of his dick. And his whole ass was also exposed.
