The he guy I’m seeing never gives me a direct answer why does he do this?

If i ask him to come over he will either say “you can come over when ever you want to or he’ll say i get off at this time” he never just says yes or no

When i ask him what does he want to do for date night he says “it’s whatever you want to do”

When i ask him what time does he want to go on a date he says “whatever time you want to go”

Why can he never just answer straight
The he guy I’m seeing never gives me a direct answer why does he do this?
