Since one of our members IronMan, recently had a stroke, I am posting these early signs of a stroke. Will you watch it & not end up like IronMan?

I was messaging him hours before he had his stroke and he said he was very dizzy and his left ankle was swollen. That's because he also had a *DVT blood clot in his leg.
*DVT is Deep Vain Thrombosis
Early the next morning he messaged me and said "I'm in the hospital".

I hope Iron Man has a good outcome. I had a similar experience with a blood clot. Mine ended up in my lungs a d I sustained permanent lung damage.

My leg was sore in a way that it was never sore like that before. I had a blood clot in my leg.

Yes, a piece of it broke off and went into my lungs. It showed up on a CAT scan.

Strokes don't just happen to old people. IronMan is relatively young and was in good shape - an athlete!!

I believe that in time - like 6 months of intense physical therapy might get him back to where he was before the stroke. He sent me some information about how long it takes to recover from a stroke.
He said his legs are frozen. His words, not mine.
He is very positive right now and I am his cheerleader 🎉 Rah! Rah! Good IronMan 😎

My cousin was 31 when he got blood clot and died in front of his whole family

I don't know. But I do know one thing that we should all be taking a 81 mg of Bayer aspirin to help from getting blood clots. That's what caused his stroke.
I take mine every morning!
The bottle says it's an aspirin regimen so it's for daily use.
Do not take it if you are a heart patient ❣️

i only posted that because i didn't know if his moniker might be a play on words in that he was iron deficient. that can lead to blood clotting.

@sage2021 Your last point in this comment about heart patients not taking 81mg aspirin is wrong. My cardiologist has had me a aspirin since my first heart attack almost 9 years ago now.

alright gals. blood thinners are not something that everyone needs to take. it's definitely a prescribed thing. let's not lead people to believe everyone needs to do this.

Well my son had his mitral valve replaced and is on blood thinners and can't take aspirin and that's why I wrote that but everyone is different but that doesn't make me wrong!

Thank you for encouraging me to post videos such as this one.
I only wish now that when he told me he was very dizzy - if I had watched this video I would have said to call 911 NOW because you might be having a stroke.
I am in contact with him daily and every day seems to be different.
Today he said he did great in physical therapy and even asked for more exercises 🙂
