Should GAG establish a "rant" section?

It seems to me there are lots of rants posing as questions. Maybe to stop wasting time if someone has something they want to get off their chest or make some kind of political statement and not a real question a special category should be made for these?

Isn't that what the mytakes are for? I've never really read any but those seem to be there for non-questions like you're describing where people can just give opinions they want people to hear.

I agree but mytakes are usually more well thought out and interesting than many of the rants here.

They might as well, as the mods and admins usually ignore the “no question” rule most of the time.

I actually like this idea. There is literally a shit-ton basically straight-up rants or bitch sessions and they're not questions at all... at best they're a loaded question with an agenda.
