Men need to understand that leading a relationship is the key to a healthy relationship. Your future depends on this. If your woman leads she will take on the masculine role. Women need to admire and respect their Man for them to allow a Man to lead just as the man listens and honors/love/and respect his woman to hear her opinions.

I think its fine for the man to take the lead , so long as he is a capable leader. I know numerous men who simply are not , they need some mother figure to manage their actions , such as gambling , gaming , drinking , fighting , financial ( so often ) , all this seems quite common especially where I come from , I think of these people as extremely weak.

With myself , I'm always lead but I lead with the company in find , what's good for the team , particularly on financials as I hate waste , and I'm good at building net wealth , plus career and promotion. So its important to lead in the correct manner.

So , my answer is the man should take the lead and he should have the required skills to do so , otherwise he is just a useless peice of Sht , and needs his mother , so selection important.
