People go through grief when someone breaks up…. If it doesn’t hurt I don’t feel like you could ever truly love someone.

But I do agree with letting people go. Even if they stay is that relationship ever going to be happy? No it isn’t. Same for men as well don’t beg someone to stay. Let yourself grieve then learn from that relationship and find someone better.

But healing. Self care… That is normal I would be very weary of someone coming out of a serious relationship not caring at all. That tells me they are a narcissist at best and psychopathic at worst. That’s just my honest opinion
