Well, what do you think?
Is this sign true or not?
YES, It was awesome to be able to drive for 30 hours without stopping, run a marathon, work for 90 days straight without a day off and then get up the next day and do it again.
I like to think that I am still that same person but there is not way I could do it like I could 25 years ago.
I haven't got there yet, but I do notice that complaint in older people. People tend to tell me that when once I get started, I don't stop. That's pretty much how I've always been. My motivation drives me more than my physical body. This sometimes leads to injuries because I don't give up.
So from my perspective, as I get older it seems injuries are easier to acquire and you don't bounce back as quickly. You're a kid you can slam into the concrete like gumby and peel right off the floor like nothing happened. When you're older, it hurts the next day and often for a couple days.
I've seen lot's of those online but I don't think I've seen that style of sign in the UK.
Well truthfully that is how I feel.

That is one thing that I miss about being younger, is having more energy. LOL
No, I wish I had less energy, and I am 35 damn years old.
Having good Energy? Has nothing to do with having a wonderful childhood every normal healthy child has good energy
Not for me, my favorite childhood memory was being a 90's kid. 90s was the last great decade for being a kid.
Yes, because we don't have the energy as an adult that we experienced in childhood.
Considering it's not too outrageous, probably
I disagree even at age 50 i feel energetic but just due to exercise.
maybe others feel tired after a sitting sedentary long time.
At my age, I can definitely say yes to that
Maybe. . .
@exitseven Maybe your ass is tired?
Guy walking down the sidewalk at the beach sees a girl in a miniskirt bent over, retrieving some items from the interior of her car. He is getting an eyeful of her "ass"ets and says to her, "Hey, how's your asshole?"
She curtly replies, "Shut up!"
Without missing a beat, he responds, "So is mine. It must be the salt air!""
mine is... my dog's snergy
Looking back, I can relate to that notion.
That and no body aches or depression
Accurate...
