How to deal with people who call you stupid when I highlight what others haven't noticed or done?

When someone calls you "stupid" for pointing out something others missed:

What does it matter? Nothing has meaning unless you give it meaning. Do these people who are calling you stupid have some importance in your life?

No they speak to me like I'm an idiot. How would you deal with someone speaking down to you as if you have special needs. Take into account that if you are anything but nice and friendly they are going straight to HR to log something against you, such as being rude as a legitimate example as they can't handle confrontation or not being the smartest or most connected person in he room.

Well in all honesty whether they go to HR or not doesn’t make a difference in how I talk to them. So me giving you advice on that would most likely get you fired. I spent 10 years in the military. I don’t ever let someone talk down to me. I’ve had it out w a few people. Most times though it’s whatever. If they need to act that way to feel superior or whatever the case may be that’s on them.

I left but they are still trying to discredit me. When I questioned or highlighted what they were doing wrong or missing they didn't understand and spoke to me like I have autism or don't speak English (it's my mother tongue)
