The people in power together with media have the power to either make their own revolution be seen as great and wonderful or the opposition as hateful and evil. If the revolution is from outside they are portrayed as evil and the revolution as wrong against their justified govermnent.
That all in case of government vs people. If its political actor vs. Government its completly different.
