The film 'Fall' (2022). What would you do if you found yourself in their situation?

In the film 'Fall', two friends decide to climb a very tall, rusty tower in the middle of a desert (I know; what were they thinking?), and predictably end up getting stuck at the top, because the ladder they used to ascend the final few metres ends up disintegrating beneath them. Phone coverage is sporadic at best, the platform on which they sit is tiny and either one of them could easily fall off, and they made the mistake of not informing anyone beforehand where they'd be. All they have is a rope, a mobile phone, and a couple of bottles of water.

A film with a limited budget and few special effects, it more than made up for that by being an extremely suspenseful, interesting and original story with great acting by the two main characters. Difficult to watch if you're afraid of heights.

Reminds me of that Blake lively movie "the shallows". Very simple plot. And most likely didn't cost a lot to make. But a movie doesn't have have a million locations and a huge cast to be good.

I'd watch it. Because I think it plays on primal fears that everyone has. They might find themselves in a survival situation by some freak happening.
