I do a lot of fishing, so I have my fair share of animal encounters, mostly nothing too crazy, but usually cool👍

Those one was less cool, lmao, when I found two bullheads, one in the process of trying to eat the other one face first…

I couldn’t let it go on, I actually recently before that had seen a picture of two dead largemouth bass who went out the same way. One gets stuck in the other’s mouth, and they die slowly and probably very uncomfortably. So I scooped them up in the net and the one let go of the other. My good deed for the day, haha.

Also went fishing in a state park, and I don’t know, I guess maybe there’s so much human foot traffic through there that the deer are less skittish, because I kept having encounters with deer, WAY closer than I’ve ever gotten without them darting off.

This one, I was almost close enough to try to pet it. She sprinted off right after this, but I was trying to pass her on the trail she was eating on the side of. A walked slowly and quietly towards and past her, tried to be as nonchalant and non-threatening as possible, and I almost made it. But I think she thought I was trying to get behind her and then she finally spooked. But she was just eating and watching me until I was like 5 feet away…

With the two bullheads talk about two for the price of one. As for the deer growing up most of them would walk right up to you but if you scared them like a flash they were gone. Where I live now I hardly see any deer. I see alligators.

Walking out of the front door, I almost stepped on a squirrel. He squeaked, zoomed through the hedge and up the nearest tree. From two meters height he gave me an accusatory look while wagging his tail. The next day I put a handful of nuts on his branch.

Well, actually it was two dogs.🐕🐕 I lived on a corner house and I looked outside one day and on the cement part of the corner, there were 2 dogs stuck together by their butts. They were butt to butt and apparently they couldn't get unstuck (I don't even want to go there as to why they were stuck together).🫣
They were looking up at me (I was upstairs on the 2nd floor looking down at them) as if to say "Help us - would ja?
I was just a teenager and my mom wasn't home. The only thing that I could think of to get them unstuck was to get out the garden hose and blast them with water.
It worked but I told them not to do that again because next time I'm not helping you out.
That was disgusting and I believe that they were both male dogs 🐕 🐕 but it was in the 70's and in San Francisco so there's a good chance that they were gay. 🤭

Usually two dogs are face to face & but this case butt to butt & all you can wonder is how the flock did it happen. Some sicko with crazy glue? I’m glad you told the dogs not to do it again & hopefully they listened.

That takes the cake & that is one of those WTF moments in life & of all places in your shower as well. Talk about the unexplained & either the Fischer beamed in like in Star Trek or did it climb up a toilet drain or something like that. Interesting.

JFC…was it male or female? The males can be like 30 lbs, females considerably smaller but still not something I’d want in my shower unexpectedly, haha. I’m sure you didn’t check its undercarriage, lmao, just wondering because you can tell by the size, if they’re adults. A couple are my neighbors, I pick one or both up on my backyard camera a lot of nights.

Was it aggro or were you able to just guide it out of the house? I should probably know what to do ahead of time around here😝

It was a bit aggro but I put on my gloves and grabbed it and put it over my fence. I don't want my dogs killing it in the house lol

My cousin and I saw a married couple with two pet otters while we were visiting a lake during a summer walk around the park.

He tried to videotape the couple talking about their otters but I accidentally mentioned in English that his mother cannot speak English that well so he could not post the audio on his Facebook cause it contained me saying that which might have been seen as insulting to his family.
