If a woman (person) still wears a wedding ring after divorce, what message does that convert to you?

Generally everyone would assume that person isn’t available but what if you know that person is actually divorced. Would you assume;

That they stating that they aren’t available?
Or
They’re clinging to the past, and haven’t moved on yet?

Just don’t care what anyone think.
