Ever given a eulogy? Work related? Induction? Wedding? Awards? What was your best & worst public speaking event? Do you dread a future speech?

Glossophobia - the fear of public speaking - is a common condition, affecting 30-70% of people globally. Those with glossophobia may experience various symptoms, both physical or more psychological. We're you the kid who hated presentations & class discussions?

Most of us WILL have to speak in public under very different scenarios and goals. How did you do? What needs improvement? Did you write it out word for word or just main ideas? We're there slides or aides? Did the audience participate? Questions after? Solo or as a panel? How did you prepare? How was it received?

I guess I'm so very fortunate as a teacher that I just don't even notice anymore nor care what the topic or audience is, it's just so routine now but THAT was not always the case. My practicum was initially terrifying!

I've always been terrified & don't make me
Im scared but on with the show!
Whatevs. No biggie
TOTALLY depends on topic / audience
