What’s the weirdest pet you’ve ever owned?
I was a pretty wild kid when it came to pets, found them outside and just took them home haha
My first pet was a baby cayman (like a crocodile).

Various snakes and lizards including a 5' long California king snake that I would carry around the neighborhood wrapped around my shoulders, a smaller scarlet king snake, a keeled green snake, a gopher snake that I caught myself, a horned toad, lizards that I caught myself like blue-tailed skinks, alligator lizards, anoles, blue bellies, ...
I was really into dinosaurs when I was a kid and thought reptiles were like dinosaurs. LOL.
I also had a tarantula at one time.
Wouldn't say they are pets but I am fond of spiders and keep them around unlike most people.
Also went to America a year back and there were adorable wild raccoons that I spent some time with. Mostly they skittered away but one did brush past my leg while I was just sitting. That one was quite bold unlike the other 2.
Also it's funny how cats are so ready to fight a raccoon meanwhile raccoons don't even notice them and just ignore them when the cat is hissing at them.
Most people are wrong sorry to say it, spiders be cute and helpful. They get rid of pests like flies lol
Racoons are the best, they made them recently illegal in England to have them as pets so there goes my dream. I wanted one! They do be very cute, and they really aren't bothered longs if they get food.

Got like 8 goldfish when I turned 8. One of them ended up eating the others then died. I mean I thought I fed them enough. Then again I was 8...
I had slow worms as a child - they look like snakes, but are technically legless lizards. Our cat was a good hunter, and would bring in (usually still alive) all sorts of "gifts" that she'd caught, including various birds, voles, rabbits, snakes, etc, but the slow worms were the only ones we kept.
Garden snails, now I wouldn't catch any animals. They could b protected by law. Like 1ce a lady who was a secretary at a gov. bldg. said these certain frogs r protected by law.
She said who cares but I no every animal's important. Their disappearance can b our downfall like pulling a block off a pyramid we stand at the top of.
I think it was a fly I captured as a kid or a similar insect. Young me didn't realize those stay alive in a closed jar with vent holes.
Snakes and Lizards.
It was a turtle.
Sugar glider
Hermet Crab!
I spent a lot of summers at the beach as a kid, every shop sold them!
You're brave, no thanks!
