I certainly believe 20s is golden time, which we all might do as well. If not a fact too.
Are 30s as good as 20s? Or depends on how we live/consume them, as in same concept for whole life.
I think worst part is health, especially injuries couting up with less sport/working out.

My 20s was filled with a lot of insecurity and naivety. I did things I'm not proud of and spent a chunk of it depressed. Yes you're probably at your physical peak in your 20s and you have great times in college, but the lack of wisdom and good judgment makes the 20s a hard pass to want to go through again. I love being in my 30s because I am a lot wiser and secure and confident. I've had more life experience in these past few years than I ever had in my 20s and I suspect I am just going to continue to grow and blossom as I continue to age. I used to be afraid of aging but I'm starting to embrace it.
Embrace it because it's coming whether you like it or not. The best thing you can do is try to have as many new experiences as you possibly can and don't worry about aging. The more you experience, the less it will matter. Take in each moment, each day like it's your last.
The best stage is adolescence, but the 20s are the most productive stage.
In what aspect productive, financially or knowledge and experience overall?
