Do you believe that if a person has only a high school education (with diploma) that they can work well with highly educated professionals?

That's what happened to me. I found myself at age 33 working as a secretary for an environmental engineering company in a heavy metals laboratory and then biotechnology lab for several years.
I wasn't that much into school or even at the school but still managed to graduate.
I swear I don't know to this day how I pulled it off.🤷🏼‍♀️

I worked for one of the largest high tech companies in America. There were a few engineers that started with the company as secretaries and sales people. They learned on the job and the company was really good about sending employees to training if they wanted.

That's how it was using the way back machine.
Employers sometimes preferred people to train on the job because then it was executed the way the company wanted it. They had other associates teach you while pulling up a chair and sitting next to you teaching you while you were learning to do each task that came to you to do as the companies employee.

When I was younger I worked for an aviation sales company in California and I only had a high school diploma. They all loved my professionalism. They were all Japanese. I enjoyed working for them.
So, I would say yes to your question.

Absolutely. I've seen it many times with my own eyes. Education level often doesn't mean much of anything. Working well with someone is more about personality than credentials.
