As for me I smell a rat & if Human Resources is reaching out in regard to the work environment either they are up to something or they are up to no good.
like what?
As for promotions, pay increases or your job in general HR can play games. For example they can ask you how you like the company, employees etc. If you say you don’t like your coworkers or get along with them that could have a negative impact on your job or your future in the company. In addition if they are reaching out it’s possible that they are receiving complaints about you or have notice a change in your work ethics.
just because someone report me, it can ruin my future?
What should I do? what happened if I report the person back?
