Will new URINAL design reduce pee splashback?

Studies have shown that the traditional urinal (left in the picture), found in most men's public restrooms, has a problem called pee splashback, where some of the urine splashes out of the urinal and onto the floor. A 2019 study of the roughly 56 million urinals in the US found that urinals splatter public bathroom floors with as much as 1 million liters of urine (about 250 thousand gallons) every single day.

Manufacturers are trying new designs, as shown in the picture.

People are just careless and just pee all over the place. All the fancy urinals in he world will not change that. Plus in most bars and restaurants as well as large sporting events a lot of people are loaded and just pee all over the place.

The obvious answer would simply be a small hole in the wall you pop Percy through to pee or a bale of hay.
