Zombie apocalypse is here. what are you going to pick as your defensive weapon?

If you woke up in the morning seeing news broadcasting about zombie apocalypse, aside some firearms you had at home, what's going to be your useful secondary weapon?

Kitchen knife

Blade/saber

Axe

Hammer

Self made spear/polearm

I am trapping a zombie, tying it up and giving it my meat, My other head, Blowing some of my brain in it!. 🤣🤣 JK

No weapon's, I will join Zombies!.

But if I have to fight, a steel Goth Hurskal Body Armor + Spikes and Scales!..

Huskal Armor was Light Armour thin plates and Very Easy to Move, because it was very flexible and light armour so I can run.. and it was designed to be Arrow Resistance. Except Eyes those armour have no opening, where a zombie can scratch or bite me.

Now if we add spikes to it, a zombie with decomposing body, if pulled on a spikes, it's meat will come off, and attacking me, it will kill itself...

A sword 🗡️ is nice, but any weapons you use you will have to exert your energy to use it and you will get exhausted and not able to run away.. a defensive Scaled spikes Armor which is light armour is only option. Also if it catches you, even your slight movements will hurt the zombies.

Along with this armour, I would like to Take Grenades.. Grenades are easy to make, you can make them at home, they have high damage output, they have area Damage, and if placed correctly you can even bring down structures using grenades and make way through blocked structures..

The first line of defense are tin foil hats because rumor has it zombies like to eat brains so if they can’t detect brains in theory the tin foil hats should work but no promises.
If all else fails there is always Plan C.

I do have experiences making really good ones, I don't make them to fight off zombies but I am sure it would work as well

I would definitely go with something that benefits from keeping a safer distance rather than closer combat, lol

Sword or Axe seems like good options if you going to use manual close range weapons.

Firearms and such may be better if that was an option.
