If you had your island where would you have it and what amenities would you have?

My island would be about 100 km off the astern coast of Australia. I'd have all the standard tropical island amenities: sandy beach, bungalows along with the main estate house, electricity, desalinated water, Starlink Internet, a helipad, docks for medium size yachts, my own yacht, and a crew of about 20 men and women to keep everything in running order

It would be remote and warm with dry climate but not too warm or too cold. It would have nice sunsets and pleasant scenery. There wouldn't be many people there and there would be some great places to eat.
