Let's say, before you were born, your entire life was shown to you like a movie—every detail of the situations you'd find yourself in, the emotions you'd feel, the decisions you'd make, your desires, fears, dreams, and disappointments. After watching it all, you're given a choice: "Do you want to live this life you just saw?" What would your answer be?

I work under the assumption this happened to us before we came into existence. We see the significant events of our lives play out like movies before we decide if that’s the life we want to live. Of course, taking several decades of events takes time to watch so by the time we decide if this is the life we want, the vessel that will experience all of it already exists. I like to think our souls enter us the day we become conscious as children.

I have yet to fully embrace the life I have to answer this question. There's so many things I haven't gotten to do yet like get married, have children, go on trips across the world, etc. Maybe I can answer it in 30 years but not now.
