I used to enjoy going to the supermarket and buying delicious food. Now they are making sure that we have enough rice so we won't go totally hungry. White rice isn't even a nutritious food.

I'm scared to death to find out how much they are going to increase my rent when my lease is up. Last year and prior years the new owners hiked the increase up $100 more a month.
The previous owners only increased it by about $40.
As you are already aware our State is one of the most expensive states to live in - if not THE most expensive.
It's going to get hot soon which means I will have to use my air conditioner every day or roast to death. I thought Trump was going to lower our energy bills. But he's off and busy with more important things like buying Greenland and renaming The Gulf of Mexico to The Gulf of America.
My can of coffee used to cost $9.99/can and now it's $13.99/can. $4.00 more on just one food item at the store.
I live on a fixed income. Our COLA increase was only 2.5% this year which is about $40/more a month. Maybe I can afford to buy my coffee now. Gee!

He has certainly been bad for most people so far. Looking at his new tax proposals is likely to give just about anyone a heart-attack. Half of it reads like a misprint. Who the heck gives (poor people) a 74 a tax increase? Oh and lets tax pensions and elderly more while at it because they do not contribute to the economy, anymore. Increases for anyone earning less than millions, cuts for anyone above.

Trump is often obsessed with the stocks and S&P 500 as an indicator. Trump term 1, 100 days, saw a 5% increase compared to for example Biden at 8.5% and Obama at 8.4%. All in all, worse than anyone else recently but still a good 100 days.


Trumps initial 100 days now, despite taking over after Biden's record stock performance (3rd highest in American history) has seen a nosedive of -7.9%, entirely through his own making. This is the second worst in American history and unlike others a direct result of his own actions.

Now it isn't that he is not trying to help them! He very much is. Its just that he is financially illiterate and using US military to threaten the rest of the world worked okay for his first term, but has not worked at all his second term as no one falls for it.

My point is: If his favorites lost 7.9% then his non-favorites will lose more and have to make up for the 7.9% the favorites did lose.

I have a masters in finance, making me more educated than Trump and his Secretary of Treasury together. That fact alone should frighten you. A random guy on GaG is more qualified than the people calling the shots.

Lying about stocks performance doesn't really do much. It is entirely plausible your individual stocks have recovered and if so I am glad for you. The market has not. It was however thriving under Biden. This isn't me picking favourites, just reality. I personally do not like Biden or Trump. It is however easy to measure record high vs record low.

I am more than happy to educate you on any of the finer points if you are genuinely interested so feel free to ask. Since you want qualifications spelled out, what is your own?

How come nobody complained when the cost of everything went up every single week for 4 years that Biden was president. I see prices going down a little bit on some items and not rising. Eggs have gone down the most. I mostly notice a good reduction in gas prices. It was 3.39 in Jan and I paid 2,69 last Saturday.
