I sleep really warm. I'm basically a furnace with arms and legs. I love cold temps. I die in high heat. Spring summer fall it's just a sheet. Winter I have a light quilt on the bed but it goes on and off throughout the night. Oh, and it probably doesn't help that my mattress is memory foam. A massive block of insulation, LOL.

During the hot months we sleep with a light duvet on and during the colder months a duvet and a blanket are good enough. I stay in hotels pretty often and most hotels only have duvets and maybe a sheet in their beds, when I fly to cold countries in Scandinavia or eastern Europe some hotels have extra blankets in the rooms.

None. Sleep under a sheet and a cover in summer.
Blankets only in the winter, and usually one or two. No blankets from early spring to November/December. Live in the Deep South. We're warm ish down here 8 months of the year.

It is getting towards winter in the southern hemisphere. Mostly one light doona but sometimes it is cold enough to pull the heavier doona over and sometimes warm enough not to bother with any at all.

It would be more pertinent to ask how many I sleep on top of, since I've got a silly habit of migrating my old duvets downwards when I've used them out.
